What Amazon Store Management actually covers

Amazon Store Management is the day-to-day running of your Seller Central or Vendor Central account — the listings, the brand Store, A+ Content, the Buy Box, FBA inventory health, account health, and the review and case work that keeps a storefront selling. It is the operational layer beneath your Amazon advertising, not a second ad channel. WeProms manages it end to end for private-label and wholesale sellers, including the many FBA brands operating out of Lahore and Karachi on to amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, and the Middle East marketplaces.

Most sellers hit a ceiling not because their ads are underfunded but because the storefront underneath the ads is leaking — a suppressed ASIN that stopped indexing, a Buy Box lost to a hijacker, a parent-child setup that broke, or stranded inventory quietly racking up storage fees. We fix that layer so every rupee and dollar you put into Sponsored Products lands on a listing that can actually convert.

Where Amazon storefronts quietly lose sales

The most expensive Amazon problems rarely show up in the ad console. They surface in Seller Central, and by the time they hit revenue they have usually been silently draining for weeks.

  • Suppressed or stranded listings drop out of Amazon search entirely. A flagged backend keyword, a missing attribute, or an expired GTIN exemption can make a top SKU invisible while ads keep paying for traffic that lands nowhere.
  • Buy Box loss to a reseller or hijacker means your Sponsored Products can even run to a competitor’s offer. Price, FBA stock levels, and seller metrics all feed the Featured Offer algorithm.
  • Account health violations — a late A-to-z response, an intellectual property complaint, or a policy-flagged review — push you towards suspension, and a suspended account is a full stop for the business.
  • Poor listing structure — thin titles, missing backend search terms, broken variations — caps your organic reach inside Amazon’s A9/A10 search and makes every click more expensive.
  • Stockouts erase your Best Seller rank and Buy Box eligibility, and the ranking takes far longer to rebuild than it took to lose.

Everything we manage sits on top of the listing. We optimise titles against real Amazon search demand using Brand Analytics Search Query Performance alongside Helium 10 and Jungle Scout data, write bullets around the questions shoppers actually ask, and tighten backend keywords and variation relationships so parent-child ASINs share reviews and rank together.

For Brand-registered sellers we build A+ Content — comparison charts, standard image modules, and the brand story module — which typically lifts listing conversion versus plain text descriptions. We also design and build the Amazon Store (the multi-page brand storefront created in Store Builder) with shoppable image tiles, video, and product grids that give the brand a real home on Amazon and a destination for Sponsored Brands campaigns. Where Brand Registry is not yet in place, we walk you through the trademark requirements and the application first, because both Stores and A+ Content sit behind it.

Buy Box, inventory, and account health

Beyond the creative work, we run the operational machinery that keeps the account healthy and selling. That means monitoring the Featured Offer (Buy Box) across SKUs, setting sensible repricing and promo guardrails, and running coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, and Lightning Deals at the moments that actually move units — coordinated with FBA shipments so stock lands before it runs out rather than after.

We watch the Inventory Performance Index (IPI) and act on stranded, excess, and ageing inventory before it triggers storage limits and long-term fees. On the Account Health Dashboard we resolve policy notifications, intellectual property complaints, and A-to-z claims promptly, and we manage Seller Support cases — including the notoriously slow ones — until they close. For review velocity we use Amazon Vine for new ASINs and feed review themes and customer Q&A back into listing and product improvements.

How we measure Amazon performance

Amazon is a walled garden — there is no pixel and no GA4 checkout data, so performance has to be read inside Amazon’s own tools. We work from Seller Central sales and traffic reports, Amazon Brand Analytics (Search Frequency Rank, Market Basket Analysis, alternate purchase behaviour), the advertising console, and Manage Your Experiments for clean A/B tests on titles, main images, and A+ modules.

We consolidate that into a regular report — usually a Looker Studio dashboard plus a short written summary — keyed to the metrics Amazon actually lets you move: glance views, unit session percentage (conversion), Buy Box win rate, TACoS and ACoS, organic rank on priority keywords, and review velocity. The aim is a clear read on which ASINs are climbing, which are stalling, and which listing or inventory change is responsible.

WeProms runs Amazon work from Lahore with team members across Karachi and Islamabad, and we serve both Pakistani FBA sellers scaling on to global marketplaces and overseas brands that want cost-effective Seller Central execution. The team speaks the Amazon vocabulary fluently, overlaps with US and UK trading hours, and pairs storefront management with our wider Amazon advertising and SEO work so the listing layer, organic search, and sponsored traffic pull in the same direction.

If your storefront is underperforming, suppressed, or simply too much for an in-house team to keep up with, book a free strategy call and we will audit your account health, top ASINs, and Buy Box exposure before recommending a scope.
