WeProms Digital (“WeProms”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a marketing systems and operations agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through weproms.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you contact us through our enquiry forms (on the homepage, the contact page, or the site-wide contact module), or email us directly, you may share:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (including WhatsApp)
• Company name and details about your business and marketing needs
• Any other information you choose to include in your message

Submitting a form is voluntary. If you do not provide the fields marked as required, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data when you visit, including: approximate location (country/region), browser type and device, pages viewed, referring source, and time spent on pages. This is collected through analytics and is used in aggregate to understand how the Site performs.

• To measure and improve the Site and our marketing
• To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations
• With your consent, to send relevant updates — you can opt out at any time

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of: your consent (e.g. when you submit a form or accept non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business; and the performance of a contract with clients. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Form submissions and hCaptcha

Our contact forms are processed through a third-party form provider (Web3Forms), which delivers submissions to us by email. The forms are protected by hCaptcha, a bot-detection service that may set a cookie and collect limited technical data to distinguish humans from automated traffic. hCaptcha’s privacy practices are governed by its privacy policy.

5. Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags, with Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics and Google Ads for conversion measurement. These services may set cookies on your device and collect aggregated usage data. They process data under their own terms; see our Cookie Policy for detail and Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Full detail, including the categories of cookies we use, is in our Cookie Policy.

7. Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: service providers who help us operate (e.g. form delivery, analytics, hosting); advertising and measurement platforms (e.g. Google); authorities where required by law; and, with your agreement, the platforms we manage on a client’s behalf (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts). Providers process data under their own privacy policies and only to deliver their service to us.

8. International data transfers

Because some of our providers (such as Google and the form service) operate outside Pakistan, your data may be processed in other countries. We rely on providers’ safeguards and standard contractual measures for such transfers.

9. Data retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client records for the duration of the engagement plus the period required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request early deletion as described below.

10. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted transmission. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

12. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Links to other websites

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This policy does not cover their practices; please review their policies separately.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
