Refund Policy
Our refund terms, including the 30-day money-back guarantee on management fees and how advertising spend is handled.
WeProms Digital (“we”, “us”) wants clients to engage us with confidence. This Refund Policy explains our money-back guarantee, how fees and advertising spend are treated, and how to request a refund. It works alongside our Terms of Service and pricing.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If our service is not satisfactory during the first 30 days of an engagement, we will refund the management fee we have charged for that period. The risk in the early stage of the engagement sits with us, not with you.
- The guarantee applies to the WeProms management fee only.
- It covers the first 30 days from the engagement start date.
- It does not cover third-party costs such as advertising spend, software subscriptions, or platform fees (see below).
- It applies to standard monthly retainer engagements; custom or project-based work may have separate terms set out in your agreement.
2. Advertising spend and third-party costs
You pay advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta Ads) directly. We charge only for the strategy, systems, and management work we deliver — we do not hold, receive, or control your advertising budget. As a result:
- Advertising spend is non-refundable by WeProms. Refunds for platform charges, if any, are governed by the relevant platform’s policies.
- Third-party subscriptions, hosting, software, or media-buying costs you incur separately are also outside our refund scope.
3. Monthly retainers and cancellation
Our standard engagements are monthly retainers with no lock-in contracts. You may end an engagement with the notice specified in your signed agreement. Fees already paid for a month in progress are handled per your agreement, and the 30-day guarantee above applies only within the first 30 days.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund under the guarantee, please:
- Email hello@weproms.com within the first 30 days of your engagement.
- Include your name, business, and the engagement start date.
- Briefly tell us what was unsatisfactory — your feedback helps us improve.
We will review the request and, where eligible, process the management-fee refund within 14 days to the original payment method, subject to normal processing times of your bank or card provider.
5. Exclusions
A refund may be declined or reduced where, for example:
- The request is made after the first 30 days of the engagement;
- Work could not be delivered because required access, assets, or approvals were not provided;
- The engagement was terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service; or
- Custom work was delivered and accepted on a project basis under separate terms.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law in Pakistan.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated “last updated” date, and apply to engagements begun after that date.
